DERRON RADCLIFF   Derron Radcliff is a progressive and innovative leader that has an extensive background in management, strategic planning and community outreach. As a native of East Mississippi, he has a passion of serving his home community and seeing it evolve and flourish. Derron is very engaged in his community and has demonstrated strong leadership through service and civic involvement. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the East Mississippi Business Development Foundation where he has served as chairman, he is a facilitator for Leadership Lauderdale, a member of Toastmasters and served on the Board of Directors for the United Way of East Mississippi before being named Executive Director. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from Alcorn State University.

Reynolds is a graduate of Mississippi State University where she received both her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Accounting and Masters of Business Administration. Sharlee and her husband, Rodger, live in Philadelphia.

  TIM PUTNAM   Tim Putnam, a Mississippi State alumnus, serves as the Director of the Retired & Senior Volunteer program. Tim is a member of First Presbyterian Church. He and his wife, Richelle, have four children.

Her vast array of customer service experience comes from over twenty years with Bell South Telecommunication. Joyce is the friendly face that the volunteers love to see as she plans and tracks volunteer hours and placements. Joyce loves working with the senior volunteers and planning special events.

She currently coordinates the Imagination Library Program, Income Tax Prep Program, and SHIP also known as State Health Insurance Assistance Program or Medicare Counseling. Kathy graduated cum-laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communicative Disorders and minors in English and Spanish from the University of Mississippi. She is a member of First Presbyterian Church and has served on the Meridian Speech and Hearing Center as Board Member/President, Meridian Little Theater Board Member/First Nighter’s Chair, Junior Auxiliary of Meridian Member/Executive Board/Sponsorship Chair and Respect Chair, Respect Program Coordinator and teacher to all Middle Schools in Meridian and Lauderdale County, and Dig and Dream Garden Club President and Treasurer. Kathy has 3 children, Jackson, Chandler Grace and Bo, and they are by far her proudest accomplishment. She has lived and worked in Meridian for 18 years and has a heart for volunteering and helping others in her community.
